2. Booking and Payment
2.1 Booking a Session
You may book coaching sessions through our email.
All bookings are subject to availability. We will confirm your session upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed.
2.2 Payment
Payment for services must be made in advance, unless agreed otherwise. Payment methods includes bank transfer.
All prices for services are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable, unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations by You
You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Cancellations made after this time will not be refunded.
If you fail to attend a booked session without providing the required notice, no refund will be issued.
3.2 Cancellations by Us
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule at no extra cost.
3.3 Refunds
Refunds are issued only in cases where services are not provided due to our cancellation or failure to deliver. Refunds are not provided for completed sessions or for change of mind.
